Stella Artois-Star of Artois (Latin) - Perfection is priceless. Every drop is priceless ․
Light beer of low fermentation, first brewed in the Belgian city of Leuven in 1926 and achieved the first commercial success and industrial production in Canada in the 1930s.
Sebastian Artois was a brewer, as they say "from God" and had a special talent and some secrets of brewing, which he taught his sons. The brewery and the secrets of the great master were passed down from generation to generation in the Artois family, and have survived to this day.
The history of the brand tells that in 1926 at Christmas, the main brewer Artois brewed a special beer that turned out to be unusual - transparently clear, bright and shining like a star. For its amazing qualities, this beer was called Stella, which means "star".
